Road to getting RIPPED - Low carb day meal #1

Meal specs: 100 grams brown rice, 16 grams almonds and 48 grams whey protein (Vitamin Shoppe brand) Meal Macros: 10 grams fat, 32 grams carbs, 39 grams protein Sometimes when you are out of certain foods, you gotta improvise.
