Beginners are able to gain lean muscle while cutting body fat. I was at YO ELLIOTS channel and learned that even after that first year it is still possible just have to train harder. Not sure if this will work for me as this is my second year training but my goal is to get more ripped while getting stronger and more muscular. If you are a beginner bust your ass and do both take advantage because is much easier for you to do both. For my daily activies like pre workout
